Transcon Industries has made a triumphant entry in the manufacture of a wide range of electrical products. They include manufacture of Power Transformer, Three Phase & Single Phase Distribution Transformer; Micro-Controller based Feeder Logic Controllers, and a cluster of other products. The organization, though young, has made unimaginable progress in its area of operation. The company has set high professional standards by virtue of its hard work and perseverance. Our promoters Shri Amar Pal Gampa, BE(EEE), MS(EE), MBA & Shri Nagaraju Bandaru BE(IE), MS(IE) have spearheaded the company's operations and have since than supplied over 90000 distribution transformers all over India. We have gained good reputation in the market place for producing good quality products and would like to achieve the same feat in the field of Power Transformer repair and manufacturing. We have unit in the heart of Hyderabad at Balanagar.

Within a short span of time we have acquired blue-chip customers such as TSNPDCL, TSSPDCL, APEPDCL, APSPDCL, IVRCL, Larsen and Turbo, Nagarjuna Construction Company, Contractors of National Hydro Electric Power Corporation, Our Distribution transformers are approved by the utilities of Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Maharasthra.

Quality Policy

One of the company's primary objectives has always been the enforcement of a specific quality policy aiming to ensure that the customer's need are fully satisfied Our team of professionals are always guided by a quality oriented approach. We have adapted Total Quality Management with rawmaterial and labor traceability at all levels of production. We have always stuck to transparency and clarity in our methods of production. We have adapted Continuous Improvement Process refining our methods and practices to improve consistency, efficiency, and overall quality. We are equipped with state of the art testing facility to accurately quantify quality of our products. Our designs are certified by Central Power Research Institute, an Internationally Accredited Lab.As a testament to our quality, we have extended five year guarantee for conventional three phase transformers, which is a first in the country, and these transformers are in satisfactory operation for more than four years.

Infrastructure

Design
Our design and engineering team is the key pillar of our organization. We have internally developed state of the art software that performs millions of permutations and combinations resulting in an optimum design with lowest total cost of ownership and in strict compliance to customer specifications.

Manufacturing
With Just-In-Time manufacturing facility, we are equipped with three "U" shaped assembly lines enabling us to manufacture three different ranges of transformer simultaneously.

Financial Capability
We are a growing firm with annual revenues of 55Crores per annum. Our group is sufficiently funded to execute large orders. In a short span of twelve months we have supplied over 14,000 transformers in the financial year 2014-2015.
